FULL SCOPE LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Full Scope Legal Representation is what people think of when they think of the traditional attorney-client relationship. Meaning from start-to-finish, your attorney provides legal services on all aspects of your case.

LIMITED SCOPE REPRESENTATION (ALSO REFERRED TO AS  UNBUNDLED LEGAL SERVICES)

Limited Scope Representation (also referred to as unbundled legal services) means that your attorney only handles certain designated parts of your case or legal issue(s) while you or another lawyer handle the rest. Unbundled legal services often includes tasks like file review, document preparation, assistance with discovery, assistance with self-help documents, preparation for courtroom procedure, etc. This type of legal representation allows you to pick and choose creative solutions that fit your budget and your unique legal situation.
